Covid-19 threw a wrench into the regular celebration of King's Day. We wanted to show the country that celebrating King's Day was still an option, we only needed to be creative. So, we created a special King's Day song. For this, we worked together with none other than Jeangu Macrooy. He would have been the one to represent The Netherlands as a singer at the Eurovision Songfestival. Just like King's Day, Jeangu’s year suddenly looked completely different than he expected. Therefore, he was the perfect artist to work together with on this special project. His optimism fit incredibly well with the message of our campaign. Together with Jeangu, we made sure that King's Day could still be celebrated the right way. At home, but still together.
