Overview
ING introduced a new campaign concept, where the bank demonstrates how customers can use ING’s services. And more importantly, how great that feels for the customer. The first campaign focuses on the solution ‘Check het gesprek’.
With this in-app feature, you can instantly see if ING is calling you. The tool is part of the bank’s efforts to combat customer service fraud, where scammers pose as bank employees. In the TV commercial and online videos, we see a woman who uses this tool to discover that she’s dealing with a scammer. She then handles the situation in her own unique way.
