TBWA\NEBOKO signs Diversity Charter

Creative Agency TBWA\NEBOKO was the 255th company to sign the Diversity Charter on January 27th, 2021. This new signatory from Amsterdam believes in the power of change, not only within the company itself, but also in the rest of the advertising and communication world and is eager to work on it.

TBWA\NEBOKO belongs to a worldwide operating group. In the Netherlands, about 250 people work under the motto "The Disruption Company". The company will focus on more ethnic-cultural, LGBTI +, and gender diversity within management and the rest of the workplace.

We think it is important that every Dutch person recognizes themselves in our work. To achieve this, it is important that our workforce is as diverse as a society. We are already on the right track, but there is always room for improvement. We like to go the extra mile. That is why we sign the Diversity Charter with great conviction.”

TBWA\NEBOKO joined the urban initiative 'Amsterdam - Divers & Inclusive' in 2020. Recently, Patritia Pahladsingh shared her knowledge with companies from Amsterdam during the ADI webinar "The Business Case of Diverse Staff for SMEs".
