Position Overview:
We are seeking a curious, analytical, and proactive Strategy Intern to support our Strategy team with the availability of 5 days a week for the duration of 5 months.. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the strategic planning process within a company that thrives on disruption and innovation. You’ll contribute to uncovering insights, developing innovative strategies, and shaping the future of our clients’ brands. The ideal candidate is currently studying and eager to learn about advertising strategy, consumer behavior, and brand development.

 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Strategy team in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights research.
  • Support the development of strategic frameworks, brand positioning, and communication strategies.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and workshops to generate innovative ideas.
  • Analyze data and trends to identify key insights and opportunities.
  • Help prepare presentations and reports to communicate strategic recommendations.
  • Support the team in evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment.


Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Dutch university program in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field. [Broadened the degree programs to be relevant to Strategy]
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent research and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A strong interest in advertising, branding, consumer behavior, and cultural trends.
  • Speak and write English & Dutch fluency.


Bonus Points:

  • Previous internship experience in a research, strategy, or planning role.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Experience with qualitative or quantitative research methods.
  • A passion for uncovering insights and developing creative solutions.
