Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Management Intern to support our Account Management team. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in account management operations within a company that thrives on disruption and innovation. You’ll have the chance to contribute to real client projects and work alongside experienced professionals. The ideal candidate is currently studying and eager to learn about advertising, client relationships, and business operations.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Account Managers in the day-to-day management of client accounts.
  • Participate in the development of project briefs and strategic recommendations.
  • Prepare client-facing documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist with organizing and executing client meetings and internal team collaborations.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to project timelines, budgets, and client communication.
  • Support the team in tracking project performance and identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment.


Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a university program in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Interest in the advertising, disruption, and creative industry.
  • Written & spoken English.


Bonus Points:

  • Previous internship experience in a marketing or advertising-related role.
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  • Experience with social media platforms and analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
