New collaboration model:
To increase focus, speed and ownership, we operate a “mini-agencies within the agency” model: small, cross-disciplinary pods (creative, strategy, account, production, media) formed around specific clients or business challenges. These compact teams move fast, maintain accountability from idea to execution, and benefit from agency-wide craft and resources. As a creative team you’ll be embedded in a mini-agency, working closely with your pod to deliver integrated, commercially effective campaigns.
Role overview:
You’ll join as a paired Art Director + Copywriter (3–4 years’ experience) embedded in a mini-agency pod. You are responsible for developing Disruption-driven big ideas, executing strong commercial creative across ATL, BTL, digital and social, and collaborating closely with strategy, accounts, and production. You produce concepts that are culturally bold, strategically grounded and commercially effective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ideation and concept development from brief to presentation using Disruption thinking (identify conventions, tension, disruptive opportunity).
- Deliver high-quality visual and verbal work: scripts, storyboards, print, OOH, social formats, digital banners, hero films, and activations.
- Translate strategic briefs into compelling creative territories with clear commercial rationale.
- Present and defend ideas confidently to internal teams and clients.
- Collaborate within your mini-agency pod to ensure seamless, timely execution.
- Iterate rapidly based on feedback while protecting creative integrity and campaign effectiveness.
Must-have qualifications:
- 3–4 years professional experience in an agency creative role (Art Director, Copywriter, or paired team).
- Native Dutch speaker; excellent written and spoken Dutch for craft and client-facing work.
- Strong ideation skills with a portfolio of standout, Disruption-informed, commercially effective work.
- Proven experience producing integrated campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and deadline-oriented.
